This large-framed, powerful-moving yearling presents himself with a lot of confidence and class. The movement is always uphill and elastic, with a good hind leg. He also has a kind and willing character that makes working with him very rewarding.
Sire Vitalis was the first licensed son of Vivaldi and was Reserve Champion of the stallion licensing, placed at the WBFSH World Breeding Championships for Young Horses, won the US Young Horse Championships, and the B urg Pokal Final the “Stallion of the year” competition. He has proven himself as one of the most successful sires in Europe currently, including siring the World Games Team & Individual medalist Vamos Amigos in addition to top young Grand Prix horses like Veyron and Valesco. Vitalis is now ranked #11 on the WBFSH Dressage Sire Ranking List.
Vancouver Pilekaer’s dam is the silver medallist mare Tornhojs Mon Cheri, who is the half-sister of the dressage horse Zazou Pilekær (by Zack), who is successful in Norway. Through the dam’s sire Danone II and granddam-sire Dream of Glory in the third generation, there is a very effective line breeding to the exceptional Donnerhall.
