Adiel YD

“Adiel” was imported from Spain just a couple weeks ago (arrived to me 7/28) and has been such a blast to work with. He has a sweet, kind, and gentle nature on the ground, and is good for grooming, bathing, farrier, lunging, cross ties, vet, etc. Under saddle, he tries 200% each minute of every ride. “Adiel” is light, nimble, and smooth like the typical PRE, but has the presence and gaits comparable to a warmblood- meaning you can have those big and lofty gaits without compromising comfort! He is more of a sporty and forward ride, but is also not spooky or over reactive. “Adiel” was a personal horse of a trainer in Spain, and became a ‘back burner’ horse (as us trainers know how that can go!), so he is a bit out of shape, but working lateral work from 2nd/3rd level. He offers adjustability of both the trot and canter, though the canter does need to gain some strength behind to hold any collected work for too long. Some might call him a diamond in the rough, but I am advertising and valuing him as a diamond rather than in the rough????  Definitely can see and feel Grand Prix in his future.
