Kelani

Kelani is very special and very talented and she knows it.  She is a woman with strongly held views.  She needs a rider who is fair but confident and who will not bring a fight but will answer any questions Kelani asks.  She will go through fire for the right person.  She has an extensive and very successful show record as a dressage horse through third level and has been shown into the mid 70s with multiple riders.  She has competed in her first three day event (just at Intro) and had the best dressage score of all the horses in all the levels (18.3 from Axel Steiner) and was clean stadium and clean cross country.  She has jumped little things all her life but we have started raising the fences so you can see some video as high as 3’6″…but we only started getting that high recently because until now she has been a dressage horse by vocation and a jumping was her hobby.  I am a dressage rider and this mare is talented enough to do what I want (which is to bring her up to Grand Prix) but she has her heart in jumping.  She sees a fence and takes you to it.  So I want to find her a home doing what she loves.  She is NOT for a beginner.  She is not for someone who is tentative or not fit (riding that canter takes some abdominal muscles!).  She seems to have unlimited scope and desire.  By the by, the sales video is super long and has stills at the beginning, then dressage videos and then jumping videos.  Skip around to what interests you.  Also there is a ton of video of her on my youtube channel.  I have had her since she was a yearling and have known her since she was born so I have lots of info.
